It was okay... Was expecting more selection/upgraded interior considering its location. The chocolate is good though.

Ok, maybe I'm just cheep but for the cost I was somewhat disappointed with the quality/portion. That said the chocolate peanut butter cup was above average. The remainder of our purchase was simply average.

Very well tasting chocolate, the price can be a little hefty depending on what you get but also had amazing service! Recommend for sure

Exceptionally friendly staff with prompt service! My ice cream scoop couldn't have been bigger! It may have been a bit busy but the hospitality made it all the worth while.

I think it was a fluke deal I hope but the two stoners working the counter weren't interested in taking our order at all.

Not sure what's up with this place, but this year they don't seem to care. We have walked half a mile twice now two days in a row only for them to be closed at 5:40ish when everywhere says they close at 6pm. Why?! We walked to their new location by the maggie as well only to find a "we'll be back soon" sign. Once they we back we were greeted with a completely unhelpful employee, as well as almost no selection like the main location. We have come to this shop for the past few years, and it seems to be getting progressively worse year after year. Please get it together and do better.

Ice cream freezer was not working properly. All ice cream was soft and sloppy. Employee said it was not her problem.

The only staff member working tried to overcharge me for chocolates. A 75% discount is not a 50% discount and then an additional 25% off the remainder. I was overcharged twice and when I tried to explain this to the staff member, I was angrily told to settle down and that working the register was really hard. I cancelled my order and left with a smaller order with the original 50% discount. The chocolates were good but not worth the headache. Stay far away.

Went straight here for sweets while on a recent visit to Breckenridge. Two scoops of ice cream ordered. Ice cream was grainy textured as if it had melted and been refrozen at some point.Taste before you buy, or go elsewhere for Ice cream lest you suffer the same result!

Poor service.

We went there for ice cream tonight. The guy who waited on us had long hair that he kept pushing back out of his face while waiting on us. Got our scoop of ice cream, walked out the door, and our first spoonful had a hair in it. You can be sure we won't go back there!

Are they serious chocolate for $24 per pound?!? No wonder why the Aspen location closed. Needless to say I’d rather not eat it for those prices. Go down the street to the Fudge or Cookie shop where they don’t try to gouge your pockets. This place has ridiculously high prices for mediocre chocolate! Your in Breck not Switzerland!

Quinn was awesome with us took great care of me and my children ask for the Carmel apples as he suggested. Very entertaining and Energetic 5 stars for service. A must while your in Breckenridge.

Amazing place.

Walked in, said hello to the server (who didn’t respond back at all), looked around and waiting at ice cream station hoping he would at least acknowledge us. Nothing, waited a few minutes and walked out with two disappointing 6 year olds that wanted some ice cream.

We bought 6 truffles and 2 caramels and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. was stale. Thumbs WAY DOWN. Don’t waste your time or your money at this place. Quality is sub-subzero. 😡😠😠

The place was packed! The gentleman who were working were quick and working fast paced. Everyone in the store was taken care of in an orderly manner.

Good service, but dated and tired decor. Also, unclear where to form a line to place orders, which is confusing when you have families and large groups with kids waiting to place orders. This is the case with all RMCF's I have visited.

Yummy chocolate. I came home with fudge, coins, and chocolate covered orange peels! My daughter is already begging me to get some more somehow! Online ordering?

Highly disappointed with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I have gone there every December for the past 5 years. I ask for the same thing every time and receive a similar response. I ask for a chocolate shake. Just a simple chocolate shake. I see that they have them listed on the menu and there is a shake machine right there behind the counter. Every time I ask for one, I get excuses about there not being enough milk as it's been a busy day or the shake machine is down. I kid you not, these are the only responses I get year after year. If you're into shakes, I would not go. Also the ice cream they sell you can buy for much cheaper at Walmart. It's blue bunny ice cream, buy a tub at Walmart or anywhere else.
